These Terms govern your use of PlantParentPlaylist. By using the site, creating an account, or placing a pre-order, you agree to them.
1. The service
PlantParentPlaylist provides plant care guides, science-matched playlists, and community tools. Parts of the service are free; some features require an account.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break security, or disrupt others.
- Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing.
- Don't scrape or overload our providers' APIs.
4. Pre-orders & purchases
PlantParentPlaylist is currently free to use and does not sell physical products at this time. If we introduce paid products or pre-orders in future, the price, delivery estimate and cancellation/refund terms will be shown to you at the point of purchase.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add to your garden. By posting public content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service, and you agree we may use aggregated, anonymised growth data for research (see Privacy Policy).

7. Not professional advice
Our care guides and the research we cite are for general information. Plant acoustics is an emerging field; we make no guarantee that music will improve any particular plant's growth, and nothing here is professional horticultural, medical or other advice.
8. Intellectual property
The PlantParentPlaylist name, logo, original music, written content and design are ours or our licensors'. Plant photographs are used under their respective Creative Commons licences (credited on each page). You may not reproduce our content without permission.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business.
